Shipping policy

All online orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification of when your order has shipped. Most of our orders are crafted and delivered within 10 business days.

We ship most of our products worldwide.

The majority of our fashion items are handcrafted in London.

Our sporting goods and Art will be allocated to our nearest artisan to you. This avoids any unnecessary transport and is more sustainable.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Penelope & Parker is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We are not fast fashion.

All of our products are made to order. For the health of our planet and to help retain local trade we aim to make some of our products in the facility closest to your shipping address.

This means that we do not offer next day delivery and we aim to avoid the traits of fast fashion. We thank you for understanding that quality takes times. Most of our orders are crafted and delivered within 10 business days.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@laurenofarabia.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and Refunds

We guarantee quality. Should you wish to return your item, please contact us. You should return your item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@laurenofarabia.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will endeavour to work towards a prompt solution.

Return instructions will be delivered with your item. If you have misplaced them, please email us, we will point you in the right direction.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

General Questions

The majority of our goods are custom made to order right here in London by our team of artisans. Our leggings are made in a variety of different places. It depends on where you live and the availability of the materials. We have bases in the USA, Europe, Mexico, Australia and Japan to ensure quality and efficiency.

London, Switzerland, Dubai and sometimes the USA. It depends if it’s ski season or beach time. The beauty of working with a computer, is that you can work from anywhere; and of course it truly depends on where the next mission leads to!
